Return & Exchange Guidelines
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Original proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear & Intimates
- Swimwear (if the hygiene seal is broken)
*Exceptions may be made for defective items.
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved, please ship your return to:

Include the RMA number clearly on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the items within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once your return is processed.
Refund Information
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing
Refund Amount
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Information
If you requested an exchange:
- We will ship your new item once the return is received and approved
- You will be responsible for any price difference in the exchanged items
- Shipping for the replacement item will be charged at standard rates unless the exchange is due to our error
Fast Track Returns
For faster processing, include a completed copy of your packing slip with your return and write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes on returned items
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a free return shipping label and expedite your replacement
